BASIC INFORMATION ON OUR CMR FORMS:
- one CMR set consists of 5 A-4 size sheets (1 original + 4 copies),
- all pages except the last one are carbonless,
- the sequence of colours: original – pink, copies: blue, green, white and white,
- the watermark with the company logo printed over in grey through field 6 to 12,
- your own reservations and stipulations can be added in the field 18,
- optional numbering of sets,
- sets are glued at the top,
- optional drill holes in 2 holes configurations are available for free,
- free delivery within area of Poland by UPS/K-EX courier,
- 1 pad = 20 sets of 5 sheets each with board front and front back for strength,
- minimal order 25 pads = 500 CMR sets,
- ready for delivery in 5 days after the design acceptance,
- payment: bank transfer within 10 days after delivery against our VAT INVOICE
